Prepare the Package

Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous marks.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
